As a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for your products. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. The CMO will provide vision to the organization and will develop and implement an aggressive marketing strategy to launch Plobal Apps and its initial product and services.The role covers all aspects of Marketing and Strategic Planning. The CMO will lead the product management through evaluation; go-to-market strategic development, launch, and support/customer retention.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget

- Conduct quantitative analysis to support marketing and business needs (e.g. Price/cost evaluation and modeling, penetration assessment, market share analysis, and customer segmentation, etc.)

- Create and implement thought leadership programs to build brand awareness and demonstrate market expertise

- Manage creative agencies and marketing contractors as needed

- Develop corporate and product marketing plans to support signup and revenue goals

- Design integrated direct marketing campaigns to effectively reach target clients (webinars, press releases, info-graphics, demo videos, etc.)

- Develop sales tools, sales collateral, and sales presentation materials

- Drive direction, tools, and content for website

- Design and refine value propositions and messaging to better communicate benefits and value

- Evaluate the market landscape, monitor changes in market dynamics and competition to contribute to business and product development strategies

- Perform new market opportunity assessments; assessing and launching new solutions and services to support growth and valuation initiatives

- Create awareness for Plobal Apps's brand consistent with values, competencies, and strategies

- Build innovative and effective lead generation campaigns in close synchronization with the sales team

- Intelligently apply all aspects of public relations including media, analyst relations, and outbound campaigns

Skills Required:

- 10+ years- experience as a VP Marketing or CMO level role supporting B2B and B2C product and/or services company(s) in relevant market segment (software or advertising)

- Experience in a funded startup environment

- Experience in all aspects of Marketing, Corporate Communication and Product Management

- Track record of successful campaigns and approach focused on customer value and competitive differentiation

- Experienced in developing software and services pricing strategies

- Experience leading successful product launches, particularly in conjunction with a new company

- Experience managing agencies and contractors
