We are looking for someone who is excited to grow with us and be part of a company that is disrupting a multi billion dollar telecom space.  Role :  - Plivo is looking for Sales Development Representative, to join our growing sales team. As the foundation of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for managing all of Plivo's inbound and outbound lead generation. You will generate and qualify opportunities for the team and do outreach to enterprise and mid-market companies in direct support of the sales and marketing teams. If you are a great teammate and want to make a huge impact at an exciting company we'd love to talk!  Responsibilities :  - Drive Plivo's growth with the help of Inbound & Outbound Business Development effort with a focus on qualifying and converting leads into opportunities or close yourself, based on the size of the opportunity  - Work on churning the leads generated from various Marketing campaigns and take them through the cycle of qualification to closure/transfer as required  - Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline  - Cold call, prospecting, and pipeline building with opportunity identification and closing  - Research prospect contact information, map a customer account and identify best way to develop a relationship  - Market Plivo's offerings in the international markets  - Articulate Plivo's business value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest  Requirements :  - 1-3 years of Lead generation and Business development experience with a Tech company   - Experience of lead qualification and closing it over phone calls  - A proven track record of developing strong client relationships a plus  - Must be proficient in MS Office, Google Apps, and CRM tools such as Salesforce and APIs, APK and WebRTCs  - Business written and oral communication skills  - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions  - Adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic  - Ability to master product knowledge  - Work in a highly competitive environment  Job Perks :  - Great opportunity for you to grow professionally by driving sales for a global product, used by 1000s of businesses Internationally.
