THE ROLE

We are growing and we need someone to join our marketing team to play a crucial role in positioning our products/services the right way to the right people.

This is a very hands-on position and perfect for someone who wants a strategic point-of-view and have direct impact completing tasks and projects that get us to our goals.

We don’t expect you to come with all the skills under the umbrella, but a willingness to learn and dedication to gain a deep understanding of our product and target customers are key.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing in San Francisco and will be based in Bangalore India with opportunities to travel to our offices in San Francisco.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute all lead-generation initiatives including organic (e.g., SEO, content marketing, etc.) and inorganic online (e.g., SEM, PPC, drip email marketing campaigns, etc.) marketing efforts.

Own and perfect lead nurturing and drip email campaigns to drive measurable growth.

Monitor and improve the marketing and sales pipeline.

Coordinate with appropriate internal and external teams to smoothly execute campaign initiatives including product launches, customer targeting initiatives, and other demand generation strategies.

Manage and utilize marketing automation tools and processes to drive leads to our site.

Track, analyze, and report on ROI and other KPI of campaign effectiveness

Own the development of marketing best practices by keeping up with industry knowledge and trends, as well as make recommendations to continuously improve the marketing and sales process.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to make edits to web pages a bonus.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

We are looking for a top-notch professional who is seeking to broaden his or her experience in Online Marketing, specifically in B2B software; SaaS or PaaS experience a bonus.

Should have at least 1-2 years of marketing experience across an array of online channels with emphasis on Demand Generation.

Previous hands on experience with proven results in developing and optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives and excellent understanding of how online marketing works.

Experience nurturing marketing lead pipeline and driving lead generation strategy based on company strategy as well as customer and market fit.

Skills and Attributes:

Must also be able to work independently, thrive in a face-paced environment and is self-motivated, detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working in teams.

Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, setting realistic goals, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Ability to work in flexible work times and willingness to work during occasional night shifts.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to start optimizing the first day on the job without breaking a sweat

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred but not required
