THE ROLE :

- We are growing fast and looking for someone to join our sales team to play a crucial role in selling our products/services to mid-market SMB space.

- This is a very hands-on position and perfect for someone looking to grow professionally in the fast-growing cloud space and have direct impact owning and closing deals to help us get us to our business goals.

- We don’t expect you to come with domain expertise, but a willingness to learn and dedication to gain a deep understanding of our product and target customers are key.

- This role will report to the Head of Business Development in San Francisco and will be based in Bangalore, India with opportunities to travel to our offices in San Francisco.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Outbound - Identifying, opening and growing new accounts in the mid-market SMB space across the assigned region via emails/phone.

Inbound - Qualify incoming leads, follow up with them, help them move forward, remove barriers to adoption, assess their potential, and get it closed.

- Drive different Sales Metrics: attainment, closing ratios, lead conversion rates, appointment setting and sales cycle optimization.

REQUIREMENTS :

- You’ve have done inside sales before for atleast 2 years.

- You enjoy transactional sales and love good price negotiations.

- You breeze through dozens of customer emails and phone calls everyday without flinching

- You must be metrics oriented and embrace the use of CRM as a productivity tool. If it doesn’t happen in CRM then it didn’t happen!!

- Flexible with work times and willingness to work during occasional night shifts.
