The Role:
- Build healthy talent community that includes a high volume of targeted candidates
- Conduct initial HR screen of candidates and contribute to the pipeline of candidates
- Plan, Implement and Improve recruitment processes, policies and procedures
Requirements:
- have 1-4 years of proven experience in technical recruitment
- can plan strategically and tactically both
- are extremely extrovert in person
- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
