Responsibilities:

- Evaluating, mentoring team, driving the product development with technology components for mobile application/ architect, development (iOS, android and other OS and various development tools)

- Establish good coding practice, development environment, release management for mobile application, BI Systems and Product website

- Selecting and setting up internal communications mechanism, organizing deliverables, social media, marketing ideas and implementation with marketing team, project management, and bug tracking systems

- Selecting and managing company staff or outsourced vendors who will implement design and meet clients and channel partners for strategic technology needs.

- Establishing and supervising the software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress as defined by the selected software development methodology

- Conducting code reviews and specification conformance testing as defined by the selected software development methodology

- Establishing and supervising quality assurance process- s, including integration and system testing

- Reviewing and approving proposed development releases and manage the release process

- Establishing an application deployment process and supervising deployment to staging and production servers

- Monitoring application performance and reviewing any application failures in staging or production

- Working with founder and client base to develop and refine user stories and translate them into compelling products and features

- Establishing a customer service and support process, with particular responsibility for web-based services that implement the support function

- Take part in product road map

- Ability of public speaking in presenting technology solution and scenarios to partners and client base.

- Ability to work with top notch mobile developers from around the world .

Qualification:

The candidate should have done Bachelors of Technology in Computer Science as specialization from any premium institute and should have complete MBA

Experience:

Candidates with 5-7 years of experience in Coding
