Role:

1. Put together & execute the marketing strategy as it should apply to traditional, digital and social media space. That will mean identifying and evaluating channels, devicing strategies for each channel and measuring performance of campaigns via ROI calculations.

2. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

3. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends)

4. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

5. Optimize website copy and landing pages for SEM

6. Conversant with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant and intense experience in Marketing, Communication, Brand building and Conversion

While this is a Marketing role we wold love to have someone in the team with an prior background in hardcore sales

Some key attributes we are looking for:

1. Strong creative and brand leanings

2. Prior experience of executing brand campaigns is preferable but not mandatory

3. We need someone who can collaborate with us in building an aspirational vision for the brand

4. Finally a strong sense of execution of plans is going to be a non-negotiable. All plans are good only when executed with a strong sense of purpose
