We are looking for a young Technology Rock star as a CTO who can work smart, hard and fast. CTO Duties A Chief Technology Officer, or CTO, would be responsible for research and development, support of technology infrastructure or company operations.

The CTO holds a unique position, both as top-level manager and as the person setting strategic goals for all business technology. As such, needs both technical and managerial skills. Management Team Member The CTO reports to the company's CEO and Directors and is a member of her management team. In this role, they determine strategic goals for the organization, sets budget priorities, plans business initiatives and monitors business operations. While the focus tends towards the technology side of the business, they work side by side with operations, marketing and finance, contributing in most business decisions. A CTO needs strong business and technical skills to balance these two roles.

To fulfill this role successfully, a CTO needs to manage people as well as technology Research and Development The CTO may also lead product development and R&D.

In this role, he manages engineers and software developers, creating new product ideas, researching new technologies and managing development projects.

For each product, they assemble a team, assign a budget and work with the team to turn the idea into a viable product. As head of product development, a CTO needs both an understanding of the various technologies, but also an intimate understanding of customer desires and needs to bring a product successfully to market.

Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience with startup companies.

- Hands-on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework.

- Familiar with more than one software development methodology.

- Ability to discern user requirements and develop specifications.

Technical Requirements :

- Experience in create app based solutions on Android and/or iOS

- Experience in using MVC frameworks and scalable backends

- Preferred experience in handing AWS based hosting

- Preferred experience in Agile based frameworks and technical vendor management

- Preferred experience in creating consumer apps on either Android or iOS
