It's even truer in the digital world, where customers are less likely to trust a new product. It is therefore essential for any business to provide a great experience to its customers to retain them and to inculcate a sense of brand loyalty among them. At RummyCircle, this involves providing the Best Rummy Experience to its cash rummy players - by making the playing experience smoother and using a combination of great promotions and timely communication to provide the best value to its players. We believe that making players feel good is the only way we can earn their loyalty - and this ties in to the Retention team's overall objective to enhance revenues/Life Time Value (LTV).   The Marketing Analytics Manager at Games24x7 will work with Head of Loyalty Marketing to enhance the Life Time Value (LTV) of players. The Marketing Analytics Manager, along with his/her team, will work with full analytical rigor to derive insights aimed at enhancing the revenues and Life Time Value (LTV). He/She will leverage the player consumption, transactional and web traffic data to measure and derive insights on key player behaviour parameters - player experience, engagement and personas. These insights will then feed into optimizing loyalty program and related strategies, various retention marketing campaigns and changes to the core product - all of which are aimed at improving player engagement and ultimately LTV.   Detailed Job Description   1. Monitor various business metrics (retention rates, ARPUs, product level consumption etc.) on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis to understand, analyze and identify problems or opportunities to improve.   2. Lay down hypotheses that might explain deviations in key metrics suggest possible solutions and test them in coordination with Product and Business Intelligence teams.  3. Measure the ROI on loyalty marketing spends and campaigns. Work with Head of Retention to develop strategies to enhance the ROI, which will include running various experiments and measuring their effectiveness.   4. Analyze player consumption data to get a deeper understanding of player experience and preferences. This will require devising razor sharp player segments and using various statistical techniques.   5. Provide actionable insights on player engagement, velocity and overall consumption aimed at improving player retention and building loyalty.   6. Develop and manage key performance metrics and dash boards to measure the effectiveness of various retention marketing campaigns and initiatives.   Requirements   1. At least 2 years of experience, preferably in analytics or finance   2. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and statistical modelling   3. Exceptional logical and analytics skills  4. Ability to convert a business problem into a data/statistical problem, to find out appropriate modes for solving it to arrive at a data/statistical solution and to reconfigure it into business solution  5.
