Tech  CTC:- Depend on Current CTC  Skills:  - Should worked on 5S is a productivity method  - Should worked on Kaizen concept   - Should worked on 5S concept  - Reducing In-house rejection & customer complaint through using various QC tools like 7 QC tools, PM analysis. TPM, 5S, Kaizen etc. to increase work efficiency.  - Arranging training programme for workers & subordinates on various topics like 7 QC tools, TPM, 5S, Kaizen,8- waste,3 M. etc.  - Expertise in SMT M/CS- Pick & place m/c,Refloow ovens, printing m/c,Wave soldering m/c, AOI, Selective soldering, Robotic soldering,ICT, Anabond application m/c.  - Developing Production System for new products which includes process flow chart, Control Plan,PPAP, Floor Plan Layout.  - Coordinating TPM activity & arranging production data in form of PQCDSM  - Preparing Production Planning as per Production Schedule
