Plant Maintenance Manager - Specialty Chemicals

Position: Plant Maintenance Manager (Specialty Chemicals MNC)

Role:

- To prepare Maintenance Budget and Annual Maintenance Plans

- Preventive and Break down maintenance of the plants (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)

- Infrastructure Maintenance

- Boiler, electrical utilities, maintenance

- Inventory planning and management

- Local effective enhancement of projects like modifications, infrastructure, plant enhancements etc

- 5 S Activity, TPM, WCM, ISO & others

- Minimise HSE incidents due to equipments

Requirements:

- B.E - Mech (Premium Institute) with 10-15 yrs of total experience and 5 yrs of exp in maintenance mgmt.

- Should have high understanding and strong in utility, Administration , work quality and safety at plant level. Team handling is must

- Electrical + Instrumentation will be an added advantage

- Knowledge of Excel and SAP maintenance/material module is a must

- Should be from a mid-sized chemical manufacturing unit in an MNC specialty chemical/ pharma company
