Plant Maintenance Manager - FMCG

- Ensures that Productivity, Quality and Safety are everyday practice

- Manages Maintenance Staff, processes and all other maintenance activity.

- Monitors and continually improves maintenance process and maintenance performance.

- Identifies current and future maintenance requirements by establishing lines of communication with the management,technicians,Production Personnel.

- Achieves final objectives by preparing annual maintenance expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

- Ensures production operations by determining work priorities, and scheduling repair maintenance,and repair of maintenance machines.

- Designs, implements the production maintenance programs by reviewing production.

- Maintains maintenance staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training the maintenance staff

- To supervise electrical and mechanical staff on daily basis.

- Prepares and reviews contract documents for purchase and delivery of equipment's, materials, supplies and services.

- Coordinates activities with plants operations department.

- Diagnosis malfunctions and determines repairs, services or maintenance requirements of equipment's for the purpose of ensuring proper production operations.
