Educational Background :
Full time MBA from good schools - XLRI, TISS, SIBM, SCMHRD, XIMB, FMS, MDI Gurgaon, IIMs, IMT Ghaziabad, XISS Ranchi, Madras School of Social Science (older batches), NMIMS etc.
Current CTC should be more than 25+ lakh P.A.
Experience range for candidates from premier B-schools - For Sr. HRBP (L6): 5 - 12 yrs. with people management experience: 3- 6 yrs ( at least 2 years work experience in Unionized plants .
Knowledge of contractual Labor Management
Good Knowledge of Labour Laws
Hands on experience in Long Term Settlement (LTS/LTA /wage settlement) signing and closure (optional)
Experience in employee relations/handling IR situations ( Strike,Lock out,closure) : Conflict Management
Experience in handling Contract labour Management in Plant
Knowledge on - Sham Contract
Knowledge on Principles of natural justice
Experience in drafting a warning letter or a show cause notice
Knowledge on latest amendments in labour laws
Understanding on domestic enquiry
