Plant HR Manager - Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)

Job Profile:
Would head the HR, Personnel, IR initiatives at their respective locations. The headcount at each location is 150-200. Would lead a small team. Will have matrix-reporting to Location SBU-Head & to Head-HR. KRAs cover:
a) Managing all HR & IR activities
b) Looking after statutory compliances
c) Implementing the HR initiatives as decided by Corporate HR
Candidate Profile: MBA/MSW/MMS post-graduates with 10-15 years experience in Plant HR Management in professionally managed manufacturing organisations. Muat have led a small team
