Plant HR Manager  We are at present having a senior position as Plant HR Manager for a reputed Alco Beverage organization for Gopalpur, Orissa location:  Knowledge of Oriya language and geographical knowledge of Gopalpur is a must.  We are looking for a qualified MBA.  EXP: 8 TO 10 YEARS IN AN INDUSTRIAL UNIT DEALING WITH IR, HR, AND ADMIN  Core responsibilities would be:  - Monitor budgetary expenses for the unit and over runs to reduce expenditure   - Partner with Field HR Head to deliver high efficiency in HR processes on a day-to-day basis as per the 3 tier model  - Support Field HR Head in roll-out and implementation of systems and policies at the unit for unit employees  - Resolve any grievances (on-SpeakUp) of employees in order to maintain smooth and effective implementation of day to day HR operations  - Take ownership of maintenance of key documents and database for the unit  - Act as an SPOC on monitoring and maintenance of all legal compliances for the unit  - Own and maintain the compliance tracker for the unit   - Monitor employee relations for blue-collar; coordinate and implement policy related matters;  - Champion the embedding of a compliance culture within the unit; Seek guidance from IR Specialist wherever applicable  - Ensure maintenance of harmonious and conducive Industrial Relations. Guide and lead the management in negotiations with unions and settlements along with Industrialist Specialist  - Provide HO with learning requirements for the unit and monitor participation levels in training and development programs  - Support capability development for unit employees in partnership with Talent CoE  - Devise strategy for local engagement activities or roll out of Pan India / region engagement initiatives  - Support Plant Head for inputs to facilitate Talent Reviews, career management, and succession planning  - Participate in the Selection Process for unit employees as per Selection process  - Support in implementation of employee reward programs like increments, variable pay plans, performance-linked plans etc.  - Coordinate with the payroll vendor for the processing of payroll, verification of salary reports, salary deductions, both mandated and voluntary, quarterly and annual tax reports, and other reports and activities affecting payment of salary to the blue collared employees  - Facilitate roll out of workforce engagement initiatives like Disha   - Manage workforce wellness and benefits incl. Canteen, Transportation, Health etc.  - Ensure smooth implementation of Time Automation Office and Workforce OT/ leave management in line with applicable regulations
