Required Education Qualification - MBA-HR/ MSW

Required Experience Level: - more than 10 years

Role and responsibilities:

- Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection of employees, ensuring smooth Induction & Orientation of new joiners at factory

- Compensation Management and Salary Administration

- Time Office and administration

- Managing Employee Relations and Industrial Relations

- Performance Management and R&R Management for employees

- Ensuring compliance to Statutory laws

- Ensuring documentation and record keeping as per the Companies rules and statutory compliance
