Position : Manager - HR, Plant
Location : Sricity (AP) - Initially for some time the person will stay in North India for orientation and training purpose.
Reporting to : HR Director and Factory Director
Required Experience Level : More than 10 years
Required Education Qualification : MBA-HR/ MSW
Role and responsibilities :
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection of employees, ensuring smooth Induction and Orientation of new joiners at factory
- Compensation Management and Salary Administration
- Time Office and administration
- Managing Employee Relations and Industrial Relations
- Performance Management and R&R Management for employees
- Ensuring compliance to Statutory laws
- Ensuring documentation and record keeping as per Company rules and statutory compliance
We will prefer the locally based candidate, who would have worked in the Sricity area and must have managed Wage settlements and Union management.
