Plant HR  Job Description :  The position is required to design and implement strategies, objectives, policies and programs encompassing all aspects of HR and to ensure effective implementation of Employee Relations strategy in the factory. Develop and deploy interventions for increasing people productivity, achieve his/her efficiencies, quality & cost consciousness and build harmonious industrial relations to support the accomplishments of Business Objectives.   Job Responsibilities : Employee Relations and Environment Management   - Sound knowledge of Factory Act; other related IR Acts and statutory compliances  - Ensure all statutory and legal compliance in the factory are in place  - Compliance with all work norms and work practices for workmen as per established Standard Operating Procedures as well as the law  - Pro-actively handle & manage the industrial relations scenario ensuring a peaceful and harmonious working environment with the objective of maintaining a no union situation  - Maintain employee discipline in compliance with the legal procedures  - Ensure implementation of all HR systems and policies in the factory  - Maintain cordial relations with the government authorities, labor commissioner, courts, police, local officials and other statutory bodies  - Proactively engage with key officials and build a positive equity for the organization  - Manpower Planning and Recruitment : Develop descriptions for all jobs and ensure hiring as per the capabilities required  Performance Management :Timely KRA setting, aligned with the business goals for all staff and workers in the factory  Capability Building : Conduct a comprehensive training need analysis by identifying the gaps and suggest interventions to bridge the same  OD Interventions : Develop and manage all aspects of people motivation, Reward & Recognition etc.  Compensation & Benefits:Develop a grade structure in line with the plant business needs as well as the plant organization structure  Contract Staff Strategy & Management : Develop a contract staff strategy with a view to optimally utilize as well as put mechanism in place in line with the law to ensure their identity remains distinct from the company  Community Building : Lead and drive the Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to build the neighboring community in the area  Internal Communication : Effectively design and implement communication packages for employees in the factory  Factory HR Budget : To prepare and monitor Factory HR budget.  Administration Management : Responsible for security & administration of Employee facilities like canteen, safety standards, transportation
