Plant HR Role with a Multi National Company
Skills preferred: IR, Employee Relations
- Manage the entire gamut of activities from HR angle, Factory legal compliance and IR .
- Provide HR support to Operations Leadership in staffing, C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relations.
- Ensure 100% compliance on applicable labor laws, internal statutory audits, contractor audits
- Drive Training and development initiatives for Shopfloor employees
- MBA/MSW or equivalent
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Manufacturing set up
