Position: Plant HR Head - MNC Manufacturing Company
Role:
- End-to-end responsibility for HR for the Plant at Bangalore
- Manage relations with the business
- Manage IR/Unions, contract workers etc.
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- Should have around 10 years of experience in Plant HR managing all aspects of HR at the Plant
- Should have exposure to IR/ Unions
- Should be good at building business relationships
