- Compensation & Benefits Planning & implementation
- Industrial and Employee Relations
- Engage and help build relationships with the staff and workmen at all levels
- To Wage Negotiations with the Union
- Monitoring Employee Productivity
- Handle Legal Governance and Compliance for the Plant
- Contract Labour Management
- Implementation of Systems and Process across the Plant.
