Plant HR Head

Location - Pithampur (Near Indore)

Candidate would be responsible for :

    * PMS
    * Training & Development
    * Employee Engagement
    * Recruitment
    * OD

Important : Candidate would not be responsible for IR activities.

Candidate Profile:

    * Candidate should be MBA (2 years full time) from a reputed institute with 12 - 15 years post MBA experience.

    * Candidate should have experience in HR (and not IR) in an engineering industry / automotive industry.

    * Candidate should have headed Plant HR for at least 2 years.
