Plant HR - Automobile OEM

We are looking for Plant HR with a leading automobile OEM based at Delhi / NCR.

Education : MBA HR / MSW

Experience : 3-7 Years

Roles :

- Contract Labour Compliance Management

- Liaison with Statutory authorities for all the Legal and Statutory Compliances

- HR Policies and processes formulation and integration including contractual manpower

Must have good knowledge of :

- Statutory Compliances and Labour laws

- Direct exposure of handling green field project

- HR Policies and HR Processes
