The person will be responsible for Plant HR,IR and Admin operations for a new plant of a group company.  Position : Senior Manager - Human Resources & Administration  Reporting to : Head of Plant Operations and dotted line to Head Human Resources   Job Overview :  - Contribute in engaging employees at all levels to drive sustainable results and drive high performance culture.  - Bring competitive advantage for the company in the marketplace, profitable revenue, innovation and strategic alignment   - Support create a framework of competency assessment, job rotation, and targeted hiring to maintain a strategically focused HR talent pool  - Ensure all the statutory compliances, handle all the IR related matters, look at participation in community development along side.  - Development and implementation of coherent and practical HR policies and programs,FStaffing, recruitment, sound book keeping, support maintaining conducive and hygienic GMP compliant environment within inside and outside the plant  Key Job Functions :   - Employee & Stake holders Relations  - Attraction & Selection  - Development  - Performance & Rewards  Education : Post Graduation in HR with specialization in IR  Experience :   - 12 + years  - Experience in managing work force of more than 500 personnel  Traits :   - Strategic bent of mind  - Assertive, able to independently voice opinions to the management  - Innovative, self driven and solution orientated  - Possesses determination and perseverance   - High order of leadership skills  - Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills
