Client Details :
Our client is a global construction equipment conglomerate with a significant presence in the India market. They are widely considered to be pioneers in the space that they operate in and are always at the forefront of developing and launching innovative products. Over the years, they has established a strong local manufacturing presence in India, and are looking at further strengthening their presence across the country. Currently, they are looking at recruiting a Plant Head, based out of their facility in Noida.
Description :
Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and monitoring the manufacturing operations of the plant
- Driving operational excellence for the plant to achieve optimum utilisation of people, machines and materials
- Managing aspects of Quality and EHS
- Leading a team of experienced professionals and being accountable for their development
- Managing internal and external stakeholders, supplier relations and unions
Profile :
You will be a graduate/post- graduate in Mechanical or Industrial engineering having more than 15 years of experience in core manufacturing roles in Construction Equipment/Automotive/Infrastructure. Prior experience in leading process excellence projects like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen is an added plus. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills- thereby driving business results and training and developing the team
