Plant Head - Manufacturing/Auto (16-28 yrs)
Job Description :
Hardcore experience as Plant Head /Unit Head.
Monitoring and overseeing of each department in the Units.
Well versed with Plant Operations, Strategic Planning, Commercial & Marketing Functions, Project Management, Vendor Management, Cost Reduction, Man Management, and Quality Control.
Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling and directing manufacturing operations.
Observing effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the Units.
Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the customer.
Executing Units manufacturing strategic plans.
Exposure to best practices and collaborating other managers to find best practices.
Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessaries of personnel in all depth.
Management of Stock/Inventory levels.
Visits to Vendors in coordination with the Purchase Department.
Responsible for supporting R&D & innovation of new products
Prepare technical standards; implement quality control, handling product inspections.
Complying with matters related to the ISO/TS-16949.
Responsible for manufacturing activities (assembly, mass production), which include production of the existing production of new product lines, meeting production targets, managing work effectively, and improving product quality.
Preparing production incentive schemes.
Overall responsible for all the operations including man management, OEE, quality, interaction with customers and budget controls.
Ensure harmonious Industrial relations
