Sr. Management Position of Head [ Plant] for which key deliverables shall be :-

- Managing the factory (local/outstation) from an efficiency / productivity perspective and having a commercial orientation

a. Plant management

i. Capacity utilization

ii. Utility management

iii. Total Quality Management - Quality output as per the specs

b. Logistics - timely and efficient management : in-house/outside

c. Timely and effective commercial management to maximize productivity per mt

i. Yield maximization with relevant quality

ii. General Purchase procurement

iii. Optimization of cost per mt of produce

d. Labour /factory manpower management
