Job Summary: Candidate should be from Food Processing, Production or Agro Industry, Ideally who has experience in handling production, engineering, process, quality and man management in large plants, and who are second to the Factory Manager.

Detailed Job Description:

- Responsible for Production Planning & Control.

- Responsible for Food safety, FSSAI & other Regulatory Compliance.

- Responsible for Staff Recruitment, Manpower Management and handling IR issues.

- Create & deliver Manufacturing plan to Budget.

- To ensure compliance to all statutory norms.

- Ensure compliance of QMS and ISO processes.

- High level of understanding and experience in managing shop floor openings with responsibility of meeting manufacturing plan OTIF, Quality, Cost, Productivity and EHS.
