Plant Head - Automobile

Roles & Responsibilities: ( Plant Head - Automobile Sector - Bangalore Location)

- Responsible for overall production & planning activity, Ensure smooth flow of all Mfg. activities in the plant.

- Responsible for maintaining and improving Quality in the plant. Ensure proper implementation of Quality Management Systems other Lean Workshop tools.

- Liaisoning with customers and coordinating with external agencies like government, suppliers, vendors, local authorities etc.

- Monitor, control & minimize total mfg. cost and Maximise OEE. (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Reduction of admin cost.

- Ensure timely & full delivery of Finished Goods.

- Inculcate safety in the work environment. Comply with all statutory compliances.

- People development. Motivating employees, Clarification of roles & responsibilities.

- Good knowledge of Computers preferably from SAP environment.

Most Important :

- Exposure to Factory Administration / Govt. agencies / Statutory Compliance is required

- Some exposure to IR / HR related matter is needed for this role.

- Kannada Language would be preferred.

- Toyota Production System knowledge is must.
