With aggressive growth and product diversification central to their short term strategy, they are currently looking for an able leader to manage the plant finance operations.
Job Description
Reporting to the Director Finance based out of their corporate office in Mumbai, your current responsibilities will be:
- Preparing strategic plan, AOP and quarterly forecast as per company corporate policy
- Having in-depth knowledge on indirect & direct taxes, internal and external auditing, streamlining process and setting up internal controls for plant finance operations
- Managing the planning and reporting function to ensure accurate planning of cash and other financial requirements to meet organizational needs
- Managing the costing team in the business
- Responsible for fixed asset management in coordination with manufacturing management
- Managing the accounting department, controlling the overall working capital management
- People management: responsible for the overall finance team, including appropriate staffing levels, recruitment and development of individuals
The Successful Applicant
- You are a qualified CA with 10 + years of post qualification experience from the industrial manufacturing space.
- You must have prior experience in handling plant finance operations at a senior level, completed audits and having in-depth knowledge of Indian Tax Laws.
- You must have the ability to lead a large team and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
