Description - Global leader within the manufacturing sector is looking to hire for Plant Finance Controller/Manufacturing Finance Head to manage it's large scale manufacturing operations based out of Uttar Pradesh.

With an intention to expand their presence/market share in India, the organization aims to strengthen and grow it's manufacturing operations. Hence, they are looking for an experienced finance professional with an excellent exposure to handling large-scale manufacturing operations to join them at their plant location based out of Uttar Pradesh.

Job Description

This role reports to the Production Head and the CFO and will be responsible for:

- Leading the finance function for the manufacturing unit.

- Take care of key activities including accounting, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, FP&A, costing, vendor management and inventory control.

- Work closely with business while managing a team of 5-7 finance professionals.

- Drive various initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.

Profile

Ideal candidate for this position must:

- Have 10-15 years of post qualification experience as a CA/ICWA.

- Extensive exposure of heading finance for large-scale plants/manufacturing units.

- Should have knowledge of IGAAP/IndAS with experience in Costing, Inventory Control, Vendor Mgmt etcetera.

- Must have strong business partnering and team management skills.
