Looking for a Plant HR Head for a world class manufacturing facility for a renowned MNC in Maharastra.  Purpose - To provide leadership and support in functional areas of IR and HR of the Plant.   Location - Pune  Role - Plant HR Head  Reporting to - Director HR  Education - Full time MBA from a reputed Business School  Experience - 8-14 years  This role will aim at providing leadership and support to all functional areas of IR and HR for the plant.  Essentials to perform this role -   8-14 years of experience in a manufacturing scenario  Strong in IR and managing a workforce of 200-500 employees  Experience in managing an external union influenced by a prominent external organisation/political party.  Must have initiated a wage agreement or a Long term settlement for a minimum period of 3 years.  Experience in interacting with external unions within Maharastra  Dealing with labor issues and disciplinary action  Strong in HR policies and practices  Labor Laws and statutory compliance  Experience in C&B, L&D and Talent Management  Excellent communication and negotiation skills  People skills - Must be able to connect with people at both employee and stakeholder levels.  Leadership qualities  Global stakeholder management  Critical requirement.
