Plant/Factory/Unit HR Head - Manufacturing (6-10 yrs)
Looking for a Plant HR Head for a world class manufacturing facility for a renowned MNC in Maharastra.
Purpose - To provide leadership and support in functional areas of HR and IR for a plant. Also responsible for design, plan and implementation of HR programs within a manufacturing setup.
Experience - 10 to 16 yrs
Education - MBA in HR
SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPEAK MARATHI
Managing HR & IR for a workforce of around 200-300 employees in a manufacturing set up with a strong politically inclined union
