We Crossbridges are an executive search firm with Pan India reach.   Our client, a leading Domestic Appliances company seeks a Finance Controller for 3 plants.   Location : Chennai   Experience : 7 to 11 Yrs - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A HIGH VOLUME, LOW COST SCENARIO   Education : CA  Reports to : Manufacturing Head and functionally to Finance Head   Typically has impact on Delivery value in the range of 50-100- M   Objective :   - To manage the financial and accounting affairs of the Manufacturing Units, Financial reporting and management accounting.   - Responsible within the function for the relations between the finance department and Sector/BU centre.   Key Areas of Responsibility:   - Plan and direct management accounting activities (cost & variance analysis, monthly performance analysis, investment decisions, balance sheet management and decision support) for the manufacturing units.   - Financial monitoring of the units and the implementation of corrective actions.   - Setting up budgets, rolling forecasts and Monthly performance reviews.   - Manage the finance and accounting department of the units   - Business and financial controls are maintained in the units and that the organization adheres to it.   - Takes responsibility for project control (e.g. product-development, equipment creation and others).   - Optimization of cost   - Responsibility for all accounting operations, financial reporting and management accounting and ensuring the adequacy of internal controls   - Short and mid-term planning.   - Cost management.   - Net-asset management.   - Net Operating Capital   Interested candidates apply asap.   Priyanka Aiyar  Operations Manager
