Planning Manager - Supply Chain - FMCG

Job Description:

- Responsible for Key supply chain & planning processes

- To work closely with the supply chain team in the larger organization to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

The National Planning Manager has a pivotal role to play in ensuring the smooth functioning of Supply chain at the company. The work involved shall include, but not be limited to the following -

1. Ensuring the Smooth functioning of Supply Chain function with a focus on

- Robust Demand Planning

- Efficient Supply Planning

i. Production Planning

ii. Procurement planning

2. Inventory Management :-

- Defining Scientific Inventory norms

- Ensuring maintenance of Inventory norms

3. Ensuring maintenance of best in class service levels/ OTIF

4. Smooth functioning of S&OP processes

Design and implementation of the S&OP process

Alerting the leadership team on the progress and watch-outs

Understanding and highlighting improvements & optimization in processes

5. Tracking and publishing supply chain KPIs and Dashboard on periodic basis
