Responsibilities :

- The Small Business Sales Associate will be responsible for recruiting Small Business sales with select resellers in assigned markets.

- Recruit new and competitive value added resellers specializing in telecom and IT/Networking products with a focus on the small business market.

- Promote and ensure small business networking products, programs, promotions and sales support tools

- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue within given territory

- Ensure resellers are aware of key support programs and tools that enhance ability to sell and support the small business networking products

- Promote and communicate the benefits of small business channel partner program

- Schedule daily meetings with territory resellers and maintain a strong appointment calendar

- Create and maintain territory opportunity pipeline

- Gather data, information and intelligence about each reseller

- Complete web-based visit/call report on a daily basis

- Manage assigned territory and schedule to maximize the number of reseller visits on a daily and weekly basis.

- Establish and maintain timely and effective communication with their SBAM / TBM manager

- Attend regional events when necessary

Qualification & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

- Minimum of 1- 3 years outside sales experience

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong presentation and training skills

- Sound time management and organization skills

- Small business market networking technology product knowledge preferred

- Experience with IT channel sales a preferred

- Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)

- SalesForce.com experience a plus

- Must have reliable transportation.
