Job Description for Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an aggressive results driven tech-savvy professional who can scout talent in the technology domain. We- re looking for fast expansion and need a large team for tech, design and product which is why we need someone who can hunt, scout, evaluate and close profiles to build the team to propel us to the next level

As a Technical Recruiter you understand how to independently attract top talent quickly and creatively, while always keeping the cultural fit as a priority. You are highly responsive to the candidates as well as the hiring managers. While your primary focus will be technical roles, you are incredibly skilled at sourcing top-notch candidates in for roles in engineering and Technology

The responsibilities that you'll be expected to shoulder :

Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Engineering and product team ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. For this you would be expected to do the following:

- Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research

- Build strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement.

- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting to deliver the highest quality results.

- Represent us and our culture in every interaction, showing the perfect balance of: energy, confidence, aggression, respect and humility.

- Partner with decision makers and department heads to understand hiring needs and goals.

- Ensure that every candidate has a positive interview experience, regardless of outcome.

Skills we are looking for :

- Technical recruiting experience - this is a MUST. Startup Tech hiring is an STRONG PLUS.

- Interest and understanding of technology is an absolute necessity.

- Proven track record recruiting highly sought-after skill sets, especially software engineers.

- A well-earned reputation as a creative recruiter with an ability to source passive candidates through a variety of means and convert them into great hires.

- Passion for creating one-of-a-kind, high caliber candidate experiences.

- Top-notch communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

- Looking folks only from Product/Platform companies would also involve managing vendors to ensure timely delivery of design / UI, front end and feature development
