Owing to the changed JEE pattern the importance of schools/boards have increased leaving little room/time for classroom coaching and thereby creating a need for customized/in-house and 24- 7 access to study material.

Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be required to take complete ownership for achieving the sales target of the B2C Sales/ Counseling Team

- Establish strong relationship with the team through detailed meetings for performance improvement and motivation, to ensure they achieve respective targets

- Establish long-lasting business and counseling relationships with consumers of the product

- Responsible for targets and sales oriented environment, and willing to take sales escalations if the need arises

- Successfully Interface with teams (production / marketing / technology / support etc.) to ensure client satisfaction

- Ensure strong team bonding through constant interaction with multiple teams and daily management of attendance and issues

- Create and Maintain a strong Reporting structure which can be used to analyze data and create better sales strategies

Skills required:

- Must have minimum 3 yrs of experience in a Leadership role

- Confidence to manage minimum team of 30+ people and multiple tiers

- Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills - should have ability to initiate engaging discussions

- Understanding of using MIS skills involving CRM and ERP

- Understanding of sales cycle and thereby constant motivation and counseling to the team members

- Willing to initiate driving force within the team by conducting frequent meetings and ability to judge their strengths and weakness

Preferred:

- Graduate from a premium college (eg IIT) is preferred

- Experience in selling custom learning solutions in Indian market is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Experience in closing sales and achieving revenue targets set by the management.
