Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Head of eCommerce Job Role :
- Ownership and drive the top line online sales number
- Own, manage and execute the online activities across the eCommerce function
- Manage online margin through effective pricing and promotional activities
- Attract new and existing visitors to the eCommerce proposition via all customer acquisition methods
- Own, manage and execute the onsite merchandising and conversion activities including but not limited to, product promotions, price promotions, special campaigns etc
- Assess and implement commercial/sales opportunities to maximize online revenue and profitability
- Create and execute sales and marketing plans
- Demonstrate activities to bridge gaps to budget and forecast.
- Motivate and manage a team of online commercially focused experts to deliver maximum online sales and profitability
- Work with the offline marketing and commercial teams
- End-to-End E-commerce operations
- Strategy Planning and Partnerships
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary Leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Associate degree preferred
