Essential Experience and Qualification- Chartered Accountant/ MBA from Tier 1 Institute

- 2-3 years of experience in a Bank/ NBFC/ Private Equity preferably with Real Estate Experience

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Developing financial models so as to enable the Investment team to assess the investment. The model should be built in manner such that it performs error free analysis after factoring all key assumptions emanating from the financial, commercial and legal due diligence and is flexible enough to factor in various scenario analysis both from cash flow and sensitivity perspective

- Providing backup data, analysis, industry comparable, market intelligence including macro /micro analysis

- Work with the team is preparing internal documentation to seek approvals for Investments, Preparation of Investment Memos.

- Obtains regular MIS; analyze actual performance and re-forecasted data and compares with plan, with reasons for variance

Candidates having experience working in distressed assets are preferred.
