Piramal - Manager - Talent Acquisition - Community of Excellence (3-6 yrs)

Role Synopsis:

Work as a part of Community of Excellence - Talent Acquisition in a highly collaborative organization to design best in class policies, customer centric processes, digitization roadmap to integrate talent acquisition with technology as well as call out and lead change management. This role will lead projects, planning and policy development activity as well as lead the centralized change management processes required across embedded businesses and the functions in order to implement the vision for talent acquisition to be a true advisor in enabling business success.

Key Accountabilities:

- Devise project management plans for projects with multiple work streams e.g. digitization and fully leveraging taleo, evaluating assessment model across levels, development of an internal job market etc. Lead and manage the successful implementation of these projects.

- Development of digitized solutions for resourcing i.e. apps, smart candidate experience, assessments integrated with digital platforms.

- Develop delegation of authority and devise mechanism to adhere to the same. Audit resourcing processes across Group to strengthen governance.

- Align resourcing function across the group companies and the functions to bring in standardization.

- Act as a point person for interface with the embedded resourcing teams with respect to common policies, digital platforms, taleo support and training

- Track deliverables including development and analysis of metrics and dashboards; work with other team members to ensure accurate budgeting and headcount management. Bring in analytics and develop 3 to 5 year talent acquisition strategy.

- Subject matter expert and point person for the review, development and implementation of talent acquisition and resourcing policies.

- Ensure resourcing policies are implemented as intended and that the processes are being followed consistently and as agreed; manage the change management requirements for Group HR as well as each dynamic business

- Lead continuous improvement efforts and seek areas for efficiencies and effectiveness across Group resourcing and digitization

- Analyze business or organisational issue; brainstorm and influence to address it.

- Undertake business operational reviews of resourcing systems and processes, implementing system enhancements where necessary to ensure best practice. Continuously improve the platforms.

- Train, coach or up-skill local teams in resourcing best practices e.g. interviewing, use of Taleo etc.

- Ensure compliance with resourcing policies

Establish and manage the reporting schedule and appropriate governance as agreed with group companies, function stakeholders; develop and produce reports as agreed

- Develop mechanisms within Online System to provide agreed metrics and reports in the form of scorecards and dashboards

- Partner with Taleo and HRMS team to improve reporting capability

- Ensure data alignment/reconciliation with Oracle

- Build a continuous improvement cycle for reporting to include new reports and metrics

- Establish tools to identify usage trends to build improvements and tackle key recurring issues

- Generate high quality insights for Global HR Leadership team of Piramal

Essential Education Degree or Equivalent Experience:

- Post graduate degree educated or equivalent

- Must be able to deal with ambiguity; work content is highly varied and requires flexibility and an ownership mind-set.

- Be comfortable with exercising frequent independent judgment when decisions are required at short notice to move things forward

- Exposure to world class resourcing solutions like Taleo, Success Factors, Kenexa and knowledge of recruitment best practices

- Project and programme management experience

- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with ability to write online content and develop compelling and clear presentation material

- Highly numerate with ability to analyse data and use data; comfortable with spreadsheets, scorecards, budgets etc.

- Self-starter who can create the clarity and alignment needed to make a difference

- Demonstrated experience of managing and influencing a broad range of stakeholders in a very complex, matrix organisation

Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

- Knowledge and experience of the recruitment technology market.
