Job Description :

- Drafting and reviewing of various types of agreements like MSA, CDA, Third party manufacturing agreements, Distribution and Supply agreements, Service agreements, MOU's Leave and License agreements, LOI's, Notices, replies to notices etc.

- Coordinate with regulatory Medical team to update businesses on various Pharma regulatory compliance.

- Updating latest records of all civil, criminal litigation in the quarterly legal letter.

- Interaction and Negotiation with internal as well as external clients.

- Reviewing of various product labels pertaining to pharma, food, commodities ensuring compliance of D&C act, Legal Metrology rules, FSSAI etc.

- Maintaining Trademark database for the group and coordinating with various business on their specific TM requirement.
