- The structured finance group handles debt and structured finance transactions.
- This position would be assisting the General Manager - Legal in directly working with the structured finance group for all transactions and general advisory for the group.
- The role requires interactions with external firms and companies for execution of all transaction documents, closing related support and assistance to the reporting manager for all transaction related work.
- The role will also include advising the team on its statutory obligations while keeping in mind the interests of the company and interacting with internal stakeholders for processes.
Minimum LL.B from a reputed law school
