Piramal - Manager - Learning & Organization Development - Financial Services Domain

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

- Provide a sense of direction to the L&D activities and come up with innovative ways to impart the activities

- Designing behavioral and functional competency frameworks for the financial services business and mapping to arrive at a detailed need analysis for individual development plans

- Articulately map the future and current training needs through job analysis

- Facilitating the learning councils for Financial Services businesses and lead the design of the Financial Services Academy in partnership with the SMEs and the Central L&OD CmOE

- Work closely with the central L&OD CMOE to drive behavioral, managerial and leadership development

- Design and deliver functional / technical capability building within the business in partnership with SMEs

- Set up mechanisms for informal learning within Financial Services

- Be the Single Point of Contact for the management of the Learning Management System for Financial Services

- Device a robust system that helps to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs on an ongoing basis

- Special projects such as development center design and planning

- Rolling out and cascade of engagement survey (Bandhan)

- Support the Central L&OD CmOE and the HR Head - Financial Services team in the identification, development and career management of high potentials at junior, middle and senior management levels through our flagship leadership development programs such as ASCEND and SUMMIT.

Desired Technical Competencies :

- Adequate business knowledge

- Knowledge of current industry trends

- Knowledge of instructional design and facilitation techniques

- Human Psychology knowledge would be desirable
