Piramal - Manager - Learning & Development (1-3 yrs)
Key Roles/Responsibilities :
Provide a sense of direction to the L&D activities and come up with innovative ways to impart the activities
- Designing behavioral and functional competency frameworks for the businesses and mapping to arrive at a detailed need analysis for group and individual development plans
- Articulately map the future and current training needs through job analysis
- Capture the training and development inputs required and design Training interventions to achieve business objectives
- Enhancing the capability of the employees by implementing learning & development initiatives across divisions
- Efficiently manage and identify programs/workshops, which meet the identified training needs and business imperatives
- Coordinate training programs across Division and ensure integration of strategy/training inputs across functions and levels
- Device a robust system that helps to evaluate the impact of training, the efficacy of the Training programs, Training methodologies in use, on an ongoing basis
- Special projects such as development center design and planning
- Rolling out and cascade of engagement survey (Bandhan)
Desired Technical Competencies :
