Description :

- Managing client interface with internal / external stakeholders

- Preparation of Monthly dashboards & performance analytics

- Review and updation of existing processes based on customer feedback

- Rolling out offers to prospective employees and supporting all pre-joining activities

- Managing all the on-boarding and post joining activities for all new employees

- Performing hiring, confirmation, transfer, exit, etc. actions within MyPiramal

- Managing employee records and updating salary entries/increment uploads; LTA entries; leave entries; organizational reporting changes; cost centre changes; updating personnel information; etc.

- Co-ordinating PF transfers, Superannuation payments, hospitalization / mediclaim benefits claims, etc.

- Addressing employee queries regarding policies, processes, benefits, etc.

- Performing and supporting the retirement and the voluntary separation activities

- Managing the Performance Management System Administration which includes delivery of increment docket (merit increase, performance pay letters and scheme for the new FY), to BHR's, HRBPs, upon receipt of ratings, corrections, promotion info.

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in an HR operations role.

- Working on 'Hire-to-retire' HR processes

- Experience in creating / modifying processes and process documentation

- Experience in handling small team & external vendor relationships

- Experience in a SAP / Oracle HR environment, would be preferred.

- Good written and verbal communication skills; negotiation and problem-solving skills a must.

- Proficiency in MS-Office especially Excel & Powerpoint

- Local Candidate, should be comfortable working in Kurla
