Required experience:
- 1 - 4 years of experience in a large organisation in core Accounting & Finance: preparation of books of accounts, annual reports etc.
OR
- 1 - 4 years of experience in Big 4
Key responsibilities:
Working in the Corporate Accounting Function, broadly this role would involve the following:
- Responsible for the Consolidation of Accounts of the various subsidiaries. Shall be responsible for the accounting and auditing as per IndAS for various foreign subsidiaries. Need to work with the accounting functions across various locations in India & across global sites.
- Analyse the company's current and proposed transactions and the IndAS or other accounting regulations impact on such transactions.
- Interact with the auditors & consultants of the parent company and various subsidiaries across the globe.
- Keep updated on the latest accounting and other reporting requirements so that the Company is in compliance.
- This role is also expected to play a part in compliance with RBI regulations with respect to ODI and subsidiary reporting.
- Required to play a part in the effective foreign exchange risk management of the Company.
Qualified Chartered Accounts (1st Attempt or 2nd attempt would be preferred) with 1 - 4 years of experience
