Key responsibilities :

Working in the Corporate Accounting Function, broadly this role would involve the following :

- Responsible for the Consolidation of Accounts of the various subsidiaries. Shall be responsible for the accounting and auditing as per IndAS for various foreign subsidiaries.

- Need to work with the accounting functions across various locations in India & across global sites.

- Analyse the company's current and proposed transactions and the IndAS or other accounting regulations impact on such transactions.

- Interact with the auditors & consultants of the parent company and various subsidiaries across the globe.

- Keep updated on the latest accounting and other reporting requirements so that the Company is in compliance.

- This role is also expected to play a part in compliance with RBI regulations with respect to ODI and subsidiary reporting.

- Required to play a part in the effective foreign exchange risk management of the Company.

Qualified Chartered Accounts (1st Attempt would be preferred) with minimum 2 - 4 years of experience
