Job Description : Business : Consumer Products Division in Piramal Group

Key responsibilities :

- Prepare & Report monthly reports on sales material cost. Report on exceptions in discounts, credit notes along with corrective actions, initiating various ideas on its reductions .

- Issue, timely and accurate reports on receivables, in prescribed format, after obtaining explanations from Sales and Marketing for outstanding amounts beyond the norms, overdue outstanding, etc.

- Analyze and disseminate various business indicators through reports like variance analysis, trend analysis, etc. (including data on Selling expenses Advertising and Sales Promotion budget and actual and various expense drill down for controlling, reporting overheads, General & Administrative Expenses and explaining variances against budgets and previous year ).

- Establish, Track and Control Discounts, Credit notes to within approved budgets.

- Report on exceptions in discounts and credit notes along with corrective actions, initiating reduction of unacceptable CreditNotes.

- Ensure Compliance to all financial policies and guidelines.

- Activating Modern Trade & Institutional sales Channel.

- Releasing the Credit Lock, customer Blocks etc on demand basis Approvals and policies.

- Establish and maintain Systems and Controls, Which verify the integrity of all systems, Process and data, and enhance the divisional value.
