Job Title : Executive - Legal / Manager - Legal (Designation basis overall profile of the candidate)  Location : Vikhroli   Purpose of Job :  - The role will be to support in the drafting of agreements and validation of various contracts and agreements of the Pharma Solutions business within Piramal Group.  - Pharma Solutions is a part of Piramal Group's healthcare segment, and offers contract development and manufacturing services to its customers.   Essential Qualifications : LLB from a reputed institute  Essential Experience :  Minimum 1 - 4 years of experience of general legal advisory in a Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Lifesciences or a manufacturing company.   Key Roles/Responsibilities :  Drafting, vetting, negotiating and finalizing various contracts such as :  - Customer contracts (NDAs, commercial, supply, development, service, manufacturing etc.)  - Supply Chain contracts (Loan &License, Service, AMC's procurement etc.)  - Coordinating with manufacturing sites located in India and abroad in connection with business  - Ensuring extension and termination of contracts as per the Company's guidelines  - Ensuring compliance with Company's SOPs and policies  - Maintain and update various database, documentation management system   Preferred Skills :  - Good drafting skills  - Good time management and organizing  - Command over language both written and verbal  - Should have good risk analysis skills  - Should have good negotiation skills
